Secure Attachments for Outlook allows you to share files via email with your business partners in a secure way and to send or receive even large size files.
With Secure Attachments for Outlook you can send and receive files of up to 4 GB using an add-in for Microsoft Outlook. While being transmitted, all files are encrypted and can be protected by an additional password.
Our service works with an add-in for Microsoft Outlook you need to install on your computer. The add-in replaces email attachments from a certain size via a download link. The attachments are encrypted before they are uploaded and stored in the SEEBURGER Cloud. You can send your emails with Microsoft Outlook as usual. The recipient only needs to click the link to download the attachments from the SEEBURGER Cloud via an encrypted connection. You can also add an upload link to your emails so the recipient can use the service to provide you with files. Add a password to additionally protect all of your links.
You will be notified about each file transfer: You can see whether the recipient has downloaded your file or see new incoming files.
For security reasons, all of your sent links will be valid for 30 days. After that, all links and files stored in the Cloud will be automatically deleted.

We created a simple solution, so you can set up the service yourself and use it anywhere you want.
Using our service, you can save software and hardware expenses and avoid the administration effort of an own system. You will receive a monthly invoice and will only be charged the number of active users.
We will provide you with the necessary Outlook add-in, so you can easily and comfortably set up the service yourself.

We run automatic virus scans on all files stored in the SEEBURGER Cloud.
You can also send files and folders as zip archives.
In benefit of transparency, you will be notified via email about all uploads and downloads of your partners.
Use up to 10 GB of storage and send files of up to 4 GB.
We offer a company-wide audit report including all file operations of the past 90 days on request.
You can set the validity of upload and download links yourself. If you skip this step, all links will expire after 30 days and the files will be automatically removed from the SEEBURGER Cloud.
