Würth relies on SEEBURGER for global E-Invoicing strategy

Würth relies on SEEBURGER for global E-Invoicing strategy and uses the SEEBURGER E-Invoicing Solutions for electronic reporting of tax information to the Spanish and Hungarian tax authorities

Many large companies in Spain and Hungary are now legally obliged to submit tax information to the tax authorities without delay. The Spanish tax authority (AEAT) requires the almost immediate transmission of information from sales tax pre-declarations within often only four days to the new system SII (Immediate Information Sharing System). In Hungary, real-time VAT reporting to the Hungarian tax authorities (NAV) is required by law. The intention of both countries is to increase tax revenues by reducing tax fraud.

Thanks to the long-standing partnership between Würth and SEEBURGER, the decision to use further SEEBURGER on-premises solutions was easy. Würth has been highly satisfied with the E-Invoicing solution for Spain (SII) and thus introduced the electronic sales tax returns for Hungary (NAV) afterwards. In Spain, for example, advance VAT returns are now reported to the Spanish tax authorities immediately after the underlying transaction occurred. In Hungary, the VAT share of an invoice is transmitted to the Hungarian tax authority almost in real time.

“The SEEBURGER electronic invoicing solutions for Spain (SII) and Hungary (NAV) master both compliance requirements and the technical complexity. They ensure the secure transfer of sensitive data and provide a reliable basis for using further SEEBURGER E-Invoicing Solutions in this dynamic environment.”
